Local Remembrance Activities

Always plan to join us for Remembrance Day, November, 11th, at the Chester Basin Legion. The Service takes place outside, so be sure to dress warmly as the weather might dictate. We invite you to arrive early to find a good place.

Please consider offering a ride to friends or others in the Community who might wish to join us. Friends and family members of all ages are welcome, and please plan to join us for our reception (indoors) after the Ceremony. You may wish to bring a lawn chair for anyone who might be more comfortable sitting for the Ceremony outdoors.

Other Remembrance Activities

For information on other Remembrance Activities, please visit The Royal Canadian Legion online at www.Legion.ca, and click on the "Remembrance" tab in the upper menu bar.
